From the Artist
I began my career as a professional artist in 2019 after 43 years as an attorney and 10 years painting for personal pleasure. Being greatly influenced by successful, internationally known, artists Robert (Bob) Burridge and Scott Naismith, I was persuaded by Bob Burridge to step out and enjoy the journey.
Color, composition and commitment are the hallmarks that guide my efforts. Acrylic paintings are usually floral still life or landscape.
The fun pieces are created from "skins" of acrylic paint salvaged from my palette (polyethylene plastic sheet taped over a low table). Some would call them collages.
When using oils, the style is tonalism with a three-color palette.
